My last car buying experience in California ended in a lemon law situation and I was terrified to have to buy a car again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Brought our car in for a recall (car drove fine and no check engine light was on) they fixed the parts that were recalled and as soon as we left with it the check engine light came on. Called them and they told us to bring it back that same day. Once we get back to the dealership they tell us to bring it back the next day. Vann York Honda has been by far the best car buying experience. I recently purchased a 2025 Honda pilot and I love it. We also own two CRVs. One came from Vann York and the other a dealership where we used to live. The service department has been amazing with our current CRVs. We have also experienced the Toyota dealership next door and just like this one it is amazing. Why four stars instead of five? My biggest complaint is when I have my car serviced, there isn’t a car wash or it isn’t vacuumed out. These two small things ... read more
