If you need service for your Honda vehicle, go see Kaylyn. If she is not there, come back when she is there!! Awesome service, friendly. Emails and text letting you know the status of your service. Nice place, nice folks! Well, that was the service department. Went back and bought a vehicle from Cirtis Johnson. Curtis went above and beyond to make the purchase experience seamless and smooth. Took the time to make sure we got the car we wanted. Not pushy, just informative. Need a ride, go see Curtis!!

Poorly handled from beginning to end. I contacted Vann York Honda about a very specific vehicle that was listed in their inventory. I wanted a red Ridgeline. They responded that indeed it was in stock and asked when I could come in and see it. I made an appointment and they told me the vehicle would be up front and ready when I got there. When I get there, I don't see it in front or on the lot.
