Do not come here. Sales experience was good. Downhill from that. I bought a 2023 Kia Sorrento in January of 25 (with a Fidelity extended warranty). In August 2025 the check engine light comes on. I take the day off to the get vehicle checked. They tell me it won't get fixed today because they don't have Kia parts. Told me it could be a couple of days. Are there not other Kia dealers close by, go buy the part. They only gave me problems, no solutions for the customer. Then also said they have no loaners available. I see a lot... read more
