I recently posted a bad review on this business after bad communication from them and not getting called back. I feel compelled to report that the negative review was immediately followed up on, and the service manager very fairly addressed my original problem. A touch slow, but very fair outcome. I will return.
Went to get my radio unlocked that was replaced. They weren’t able to do it and in the description they gave said due to it saying theft lock activated they can’t do it, and to have it removed so they can reprogram it. The vin from the replacement radio needed to be removed and the vin for the vehicle needed to be added. You would think them being a Cadillac dealership they would have the tools to do it but they don’t. Service man Patrick stated that according to GM the recall on the fuel rails was already performed. The mileage when the work was done as per gm 126000 miles. My vehicle has 120000 miles at this time. Need I say anymore some went into the vin history & added false information nobody gm or Cadillac would do anything or investigate this fraud I will never buy another one GM product or Cadillac again especially will never buy or Service any vehicle @ van York Cadillac
