I’ve been using Vann Heating & Air for a couple of years now, and Pete has handled my seasonal A/C and heating preventative maintenance. This fall, I had Pete come out because my inducer motor wasn’t starting consistently. Pete ran multiple tests and was very honest—he never pushes services you don’t actually need. In the end, I decided to replace the inducer motor, and I haven’t had a single issue with my furnace this winter. I’ll continue using Vann for all of my heating and cooling needs.
