Our sales rep, Roman was very approachable and helpful and very easy to work with. We never felt pushed or rushed to make a purchase. Once we finalized the purchase, we were given a tour of the facility and greeted by several members, and everyone seemed to know who we were. Made us feel very welcomed and not just like a number.
