As a new property owner of the community managed by VanMore Properties, Inc., I am stunned by their responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency. The turnaround time for their communication is impressive. Both Charlyne and Mary I contacted demonstrate the highest level of customer service (if we owners can be considered as customers) ethics, skills and dedication!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been reaching out to this company since March to try to pay my HOA fee's and not only did I have to follow up after no response for weeks I was told to go to an entirely new site to pay my dues and when I went to tried to make an account it said I had to have it approved. I sent a follow up email and again no response for weeks until I received a notice on my door from a lawyers office for debt collection.
