All the staff at Vanity Salon have always been very friendly and professional I'm always felt as though my business is appreciated and the whole staff go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Angel Nim has been coloring and cutting my hair for well over a year now and I've always loved the end results. I have been going to Vanity Salon since they opened. I read the reviews and have to say that I have never experienced anything but professionalism and kindness. I have never seen any display of rudeness. I would not change Salon's as I totally trust the cuts I receive there. Great Salon and great value!
Terrible customer service. I was treated so rudely as a new customer with a Groupon that it ruined my entire experience. When I asked to speak to a manager she got defensive and gave a half-hearted "sorry" but took no steps to rectify the problem. STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't even rate the service because the employees/owner are SO RUDE!! UNBELIEVABLE!
