My Aunt got her upper lip waxed. She experienced essentially wax burn which is more than normal irritation of waxing. Wax burn is preventable. She was told just to put a bandaid on it and that she had sensitive skin. My aunt has been waxing for years it wasn’t her skin. A little accountability would have been appreciated.
