This was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I will not mention the name of the stylist but she was sniffling into my hair and appeared to be very ill throughout my haircut having to leave multiple times in the middle of cutting - of course this is not an ideal situation and my first concern was for her wellbeing. I was quoted 175 I was charged 3:45 I spent all afternoon and asked for deep Auburn with some mild highlights I was given bright orange nor is that I've ever received a call or text back from anyone when I complained I was told I can make an appointment three to four weeks out like they expected me to walk around with bright orange clown hair until they had time to see me again I would never ever put my feet inside the salon again nor would I recommend it for anyone all they're interested in is your money and if it's a messe... read more
My first appointment was in Dec.6 2024 and I've been back twice after. All 3 occasions were a great experience, will definitely be coming back soon.
I have been using this salon for years. I always get a great haircut. The stylists are easy to communicate with and very professional. I only trust Aveda salons to cut and style my hair.
