This stylist is who I’ve been looking for. She was Prompt, courteous and efficient. I showed her the style I wanted and she Rocked it! She made sure I was comfortable and the atmosphere was positive. I am booking another appointment now☺️She is a good Stylist! Y’all betta come get y’all one ☝️

My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and I received a text "hey love please come at 10:45." She sent another text at 10:42 "headed your way." She did not arrive to the salon until 11:02 and proceeded to sit in her car until 11:04. She NEVER apologized for being late. She has a late policy for client's, but she does not hold her self to the same standards. I feel that the service should have been discounted because of her tardiness. She is rude and inconsiderate. As much as I love the work of the stylist (owner). The customer service experience is atrocious. I have not had one appointment but THREE different appointments that I pay a deposit for and I am not serviced at that time, I’m actually serviced an hour or MORE after my paid time slot. Most recently I booked and paid my deposit for a 5:30p appointment, text received to come at 6:45 and I arrived at 7pm and was not serviced until 8pm and was not done until 10pm, all the day before a vacation that the stylist knew about.
