I physically went into the store and the customer service was great. As a consumer (not contractor) they were kind and open to my request for a floating vanity in a small master bathroom. I needed something narrow and they had a 20” D by 4’ wide option that worked out perfectly (see photo with door). We had this professionally installed and the photos are below.
