The technician cut my foot giving me a pedicure with the grater to get smooth rough skin. I dont have rough skin on my feet. My pedicure was completed on 7/17/21 and the cut isnt healed today on 7/24/21. Its still sore. *****, the owner, initially said he would give me a discount on my next pedicure. When I kept pressing the issue that this shouldnt have happened, he gave me a gift card for a free pedicure.
