I came here for a gel manicure and had a very disappointing experience. The manicurist, Kim, attempted to use a cuticle nipper that did not appear clean or properly sterilized. She simply pulled it out from an under-desk drawer, and it was not sealed in a sterilization pouch or anything similar. I politely asked for a properly sterilized tool, but she responded that she would just wipe it with cotton and she said her English is not good. DO NOT GO HERE! They’re rude and have no manners. The owner snatched money out of my mothers hands and didn’t have change but still took my mothers money and told her she would owe her but never gave my mom her change. They are rude and irresponsible.
I The owner is really RUDE. I wouldn't recommend anyone sppending your Dinero/Money there. No CUSTOMER SERVICE -
