Great customer service, Lum and Nina are always friendly and they do such a great job . I been coming to them for over a year now and I definitely recommend as the nails last and always look great
I had a nail appointment this morning for a gel manicure and when I’m driving home I feel my nails sticky, I called to see if they can maybe help me fix the problem and all they said was I can fix it at home with alcohol.. I was expecting more since I am a regular, I come here every two weeks!
Never disappointed I’ve had an appointment for two weeks I made the last time I got my nails done with them! (My nail lady is on vacation so she asked me to come see someone else which was fine) show up today and they said first my appointment is not at 10:45 and if I can wait which again fine. My nails popped off not broke so it’ll be more then and a fill he told me no I have no time today!!!!!! I’m so sad!
I left crying. I constantly have to show my hands at work and have a photoshoot in the Bay Area today… so I can’t stop and get this fixed… They look round and not enough curves in the French. Also they don’t have the powdered chrome to get that beautiful sparkly glow. Instead he lined it with a gold polish… so we just removed it. I wish I had I known I couldn’t get that I would have just done a classic red. He kept saying it was the same thing… but every other time I’ve got this done at other places they use the powder.. I’ve been going to Vanity Nails since I moved to Marina in 2023. Nina, Lam, Andy, and Angie are truly the best. They’ve done my nails for so many important moments—including my engagement photos and my wedding—and they never miss. Whether it’s a pedicure, gel manicure, or a full set, the quality is always incredible. They’re kind, talented, and genuinely respected by their clients.
