Deep clean was subpar and no communication! They were supposed to come back and said they felt unappreciated! Broke a sentimental item from my dads passing and said nothing
We used this service after speaking to Chello Jordan last week. She had a last minute cancellation and was able to get me in sooner than expected today. The team (2 ladies), did a great job, were thorough, even cleaned items that I would of thought would be on a second or third cleaning basis, like my blinds, windows, base boards and ceiling fans along with finger prints on cabinet pulls and doors.
