My dog developed numerous burn blisters after being bathed and treated at Vanity Fur. I had to take him to the vet and the owners of Vanity Fur would not talk to me or help with the vet bills. I would not trust this business.

Our manager did not notice any charges nor any itemized statement in what you handed over to her. Also, our manager was the one that spoke to your vet, because the owners were not available. After speaking to our manager again, she never told you that the owners would not be calling you. She said that they were not available to speak to you today. I took my dog to see Jennifer, and she did an awesome job! I am so glad I found a great groomer that is trustworthy and great with Baxter.
I love Kayla. She is fantastic. Does a great job on my fur babies and they love her so much too.
