We have been going to Vanity Fur since their first days. Lisa and her team have always done a great job and both our dogs LOVE going there. My dog did not want to leave when I went to get him today!

My dog had an appointment today at 12:30 pm for a large dog bath package. This includes a bath, dry, nail clipping and ear cleaning. When I arrived 5 mins early. None of the groomers were ready for my dog. I figure no big deal. I asked how long it would take. I was told 2 hours. So it's now 2:30 pm and I come back for my dog. He wasn't even close to ready. The only thing they had done was his bath. He was still wet, nothing else had been done yet. They had my dog for 2 hrs and couldn't get a bath, dry, nail clipping and ear ... read more

They did such a great job on my little chihuahua in the past, but yesterday drop my dog off for a grooming and picked him up smelling like a bottle of perfume. Being from a scent sensitive family I am highly disappointed in myself for not double checking the brand of soap they use and also disappointed that they find it necessary to use highly scented (perfume) smells on my animal. 87$ for a shave and perfume . I tried calling today Friday and no one answered..
