I’ve been trying to book with Vanity Fur ever since they bought out Gold Grooming in Harmony MN. Communication has been HORRIBLE from the get go. I called at least three times before I got a call back. With a week or more between each call. I finally sent an email and I’ve specifically stated I needed a Thursday morning only for them to come back with a Tuesday. I called you guys weeks ahead of our appointment. I told you my dog was reactive to other animals and asked if that would be ok. You guys told me you deal with reactive dogs all the time and would have the room clear. I got there half an hour before my appointment and walked in without my dog to inform you once again that she was reactive as I was filling out paperwork.
