I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment well in advance for an important occasion—a graduation—and arrived at the salon only to find it completely closed. No phone call, no text message, no email, and absolutely no consideration for my time or the significance of the event I was preparing for. After waiting and trying to reach someone, I finally got an answer more than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
