I love coming here it's usually quite which I love and all the nail techs are amazing! I think they are shut down cuz I've been calling no one answers and the website is no longer working. If anyone has information please lmk

I had a great experience with another nail tech, Alexis, the first time I came for a soak off. She was attentive and made care not to damage my nails. The second time I came here for a soak off with Krissy it was an unnecessarily horrible experience and I will not be going back. I reached out to this nail tech school several times with a few simple questions. After multiple attempts, I finally received a response—only to find that none of my clearly stated questions had been answered. The email was signed only with the person’s title, “Director,” without including a name, which already felt impersonal and dismissive. Still, I followed up and asked the same questions again.
