My vanity is under manufacture warranty but when I go to the Vanity Art location in Farmers Branch I am being handed used parts. One part was in same condition as the one I was trying to replace. I was told the part would be shipped new to me and later received an email stating they will not replace the part. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor New manager, Brenda, asked her to exchange Drain for a bathtub from chrome to black she make it a big deal and she want me to pay $50 for the new drain And both colors is the exact same prices

Poor Product - Worst Customer Service Model #VA3024-60DG - Although Vanity Art sells wood vanities this one is MDF, which soaks in moisture leading to a shorter life, and construction compared to their wood vanity, which we bought for our other bathroom, is sub par at all levels. - Their customer service is horrible! They sell this product as a complete package that includes the color matched mirrors.
