I tried to contact this company for retractable screens a couple weeks back, they do not have anyone in Pasadena they are located in Arizona, Bill was rude, very short and just immediately brushed me off with zero help pointing me in the direction of anyone that could assist. Extremely unprofessional I would not waste your time with their gimmicks or bad attitude !
