The owner is so annoying, trying to sell me very expensive products. She doesn’t even know the difference between “retinol” and “tretinoin”. It’s better to see a dermatologist. They used my pictures online without my permission to sell a service. Very unprofessional.

Last week I was asked to pay for 4 full sessions for tattoo removal and they didn’t even tell me that I cannot get my money back if I don’t want the service or want to cancel it before scheduling the appointment, I haven’t booked any appointments with them and they refuse to refund my money, they literally STOLE my money

I brought my mother to Vanish for her birthday and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and informed us on the various treatments that would address our skin concerns. For my mother, it was about fine line wrinkles and skin tightening; for me, it was acne scar/dark spot removal, boosting collagen to refill the divets of the acne scars, and hyperpigmentation. They even threw in some extra services based on our skin concerns! A lovely team and experience. Looking forward to coming again.
