My experience with Vanilla Bride was positive. They delivered on their promises, provided excellent service, and maintained good communication throughout. The photographer and videographer were professional and did a great job. Alice was friendly and responsive; just keep in mind she manages a company, so allow her some time to reply to messages or requests.
I don't even know where to begin. As far as their work, I have no comment, I have yet to see a print. It's only been 10 days since the wedding so I was not expecting the prints this quickly. I can't imagine there will be much effort put into my pictures after this review and email chains we have going back and forth with Alice the C.E.O of the company. Absolute scam company. My friend photographed for them and they have ghosted her and refused to pay her the second half of what they owe. This isn't the first time they've done this. They scam their brides too. Please avoid at all costs, I promise there are better photographers and companies out there.
Absolute scam. Took them over 6 months to send our pics and video. When we finally got them they were horribly edited. Apparently they refused to pay their contracted photographers and the photographer's were holding our pics and video hostage. The pics they did get still have the watermarks on them. So they rushed to take that watermark off on some of the pics and gave us Picasso looking pics instead on the others. Stay away. They offer to redo them within the 30 days but don't actually do it. Received our video 3 months after our wedding, our pictures over 6 months after our wedding. Nobody to call, just Natalia through email and she really doesn’t control anything. Our wedding digital gallery had pictures of children that had nothing to do with our wedding. You all didn’t even notice you sent us somebody else’s photos inside our gallery.
