Scandinavian Breakfasts The best place we've found so far for breakfast on the north shore of Lake Superior, right on Highway 61 of Bob Dylan fame. You can run all day on plate-sized blueberry pancakes that are made with a generous grating of fresh nutmeg, but I wished for real maple syrup. Swedish pancakes with lingonberries are the real deal here too. A good buy, considering you'll have to skip lunch and half of dinner after eating breakfast here.
