Really supportive and highly efficient staff. Great experience with Teri-Lynn and Ciara. They addressed all of my concerns as best they could. Deep cleaning could have been better but I have provided feedback on this as well. Overall a positive experience.
5 stars for Ken Teynor with Vanier Woods Maintenance. He was absolutely lovely, and fixed my closet quick and efficiently. :) 3 stars for Avenue living alone. First person I spoke with told me maintenance would be available in “20 minutes” and “absolutely today” as my closet door literally fell off and could’ve severely injured my toddler. I called back 1.5 hours later, they said it was misinformation but will absolutely be done within 1 business day. This was my first experience moving out of my childhood home and into a new city and Terri made sure that all our questions were answered as fast as possible and no matter how many times I called her. So far a wonderful experience.
