I met with Ben today to let him know I’m happy to renew my annual lease with Avenue Living. It’s been a great place to call home over the past year! I mentioned a few minor maintenance issues, and not only did he listen, he had the maintenance technician scheduled to come by within an hour. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround. Ken is the best ever in terms of a maintenance man. Its so nice to have issues addressed anf resolved as quickly as he does it. Not to mention hes always so friendly when he comes.
