I am a resident of this place and it is not a good place to live.I had an epileptic seizure and fell and my laundry room door came down with me and it didn’t get fixed for a YEAR and was told I wasn’t going to be charged and they did it anyway. I’ve had people leave notes on my door telling me they are going to call animal control on “my dogs” when I don’t even own dogs and they did nothing about the harassment. I have found the residents on my floor to be like friends. The staff, Chris, Aleashia, Darcy and Jericho are professional and also very friendly and approachable . They are responsive to maintenance issues, and available to talk to. Our building is spotless. Maintenance and our building are managed well. Thanks everyone!
I have been renting from this company for many years. I have had excellent customer service, and the renting process was very easy. Alisha is an amazing housekeeper, so friendly and helpful. Darcy is a great at his job too as the main maintenance person at this building. Chris has been a great site manager. I would highly recommend living here.
The staff here are pretty great! Chris, Aleasha, Darcy and Jericho. Always kind and down to earth. Maintenance is super quick and the building common areas are kept clean all of the time. I appreciate the friendly interactions with staff onsite here. I’m going into my second year here, but I was a previous tenant (9 years ago) that came back because I enjoy this apartment and the neighborhood is fantastic!
