We stopped by during an open house and received a very warm welcome. Chris showed us one of the apartments and we discussed the various options and applied for one on the spot. So great to be treated like people and have our needs understood. Looking forward to moving in in a few weeks.
The worst staff ever. We made an appointment to view the house but no one showed up. We called the head office, and they said they didn’t even know where the staff member Chris was. We received no response, no apology, and no explanation. Completely disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time driving there for an appointment they scheduled and couldn’t even be bothered to show up for.
Would definitely not recommend to move here as they will do anything it takes to take ur damage deposit from you and not give you a time to clean up the apartment after ur move out date well still having a month in the place and maintaining the place was never a regular thing just ones in a blue moon the elevator always was broken and took weeks to be fixed and when u need something you have to wait 2 weeks before they get back to you and all they care about is the money I would say they is better option and more affordable ... read more
I am a resident of this place and it is not a good place to live.I had an epileptic seizure and fell and my laundry room door came down with me and it didn’t get fixed for a YEAR and was told I wasn’t going to be charged and they did it anyway. I’ve had people leave notes on my door telling me they are going to call animal control on “my dogs” when I don’t even own dogs and they did nothing about the harassment. I had people banging on my door and trying to kick it in and their only advice was to “keep my door locked”. No lo... read more
