I have great admiration for the team at Broad Street, including Alexis, Brittny , Chris, Taylor, and Paulina. Each of them is exceptional in their own right. However, I would particularly like to commend Brittny , as I have come to know her I bit more than the others . I sincerely appreciate her support and would highly recommend the properties managed by this company. it takes a village and this company is a family within itself ❤️

We have lived in Vanier Heights for several years and we just renewed our lease, it was great living here until winter came early and it snowed,previous winters the sidewalks were cleaned after a snowfall and if it got icey,ice melt was put on the ice patches on the sidewalk which was people and pet friendly, this year however the property has hired a contractor who is using some sort of 3rd grade gravel, that they use in the parking lot and it's spread all over the sidewalks,so thick it sticks to the snow and the sole of my... read more
