I had a bad experiance here. Carmen did my hair. This was my second time coming to her. I went for a retouch and a trim. The color was lighter than the time before. She didn't write the color or anything down and claimed she could just eye the color. She rushed through the coloring process and the cut. I specifically told her to "TRIM" the ends.
