This Dr was referred to me by my Dr in Tyler,Texas. The referral was sent in December 19,2024 and someone called me December 24,2024 letting me know they would call me back the day after Christmas. The day after Christmas someone called me back saying give them 72 hours and they would make me an appointment. Here I am 7 days in the New Year and you can't even get anyone to answer the phone or return my Doctors call. Highly unprofessional Horrible people all around, do not care for others in the slightest bit.
First of all, Doctor Konda saved my life. I just want to absolutely rave about the care and concern that this doctor has shown me. She takes her time to listen to my concerns and made herself available if further concerns arise. She goes above and beyond. I was treated for esophageal cancer and Dr. Konda was successfully able to remove the cancer cells. I am forever thankful for this hospital and Doctor Konda!
