Bought 2 hanging plants for $50 each. Don't mind paying a premium, assuming the plants are also premium. Turned out the plants were rootbound and water just flowed through. Pulled them out of the pots and there was no soil...only roots. Called to ask if we could get some compensation, but the lady on the phone just argued it was my fault and said they would do nothing. Very disappointed in the attitiude of the rep. Will never buy again just based on the poor customer treatment.
Four years later, 2019 - I love Vanhoffs! The staff are knowledgable, always helpful and welcoming. Their plant inventory is varied, always interesting and top quality. Our garden is a joy thanks to Vanhoffs excellent plants and great advice from the staff. You continue to be my go-to garden center. Thank you!

Absolutely one of my favorite local stores! I can always find something in their gift shop that is unique and their flowers are gorgeous and last longer than others. Always helpful and fun gals working with great creative ideas. Highly recommend Van Hoff’s ❤️🌷🌺🌻🌸
This garden center is AMAZING! It has everything you need! Beautiful plants, seeds, garden gear, and decor!!!! Also hand lotion and other seasonal goodies 🤩 They have fantastic service and their classes are awesome!
