He was very friendly. Listened tof me and made me feel very comfortable.
Doctor is Very thorough, and very kind. He's a terrific Dr. / Staff is friendly, seem to be efficient, but then there have been problems getting return calls -one call per week unanswered. Still waiting for results from cardiac testing done 4 1/2 weeks ago...problem last fall with no return call about test results-two months later I asked again-one of my levels was low.
He is my parent's physician and he's one of the best!
Dr Vanh is awesome. He is very attentive and listens to your concerns. It is easy to get in for an appointment and the wait time is reasonable. My mom switch to him from another Dr in the practice and has been very pleased.

Very sorry we used Dr. Luangphakdy at the end of my husband's life. The benefit from him was he did get him wonderful Specialists. But, I found him very uncaring. Certainly not a good Geriatric Dr. His nurse didn't return phone calls nor did he. Ordered meds in wrong quantities. Never returned calls. I've never heard from him since my husband passed a week ago. Never heard from him after he went to Hospice. I think the group he's in is excellent.
