Terrible place. They just leave you sitting for a while. Other people have came in and went before us. We had an appointment but receptionist says no appointments. We tried to get a used car, apperantly no one looked like they wanted to sell a used car. Wouldn't recommend at all!

I recently visited VW Burnet and left with mixed feelings. The sales area looks modern and updated, but unfortunately the rest of the facility doesn’t match that standard. The service and waiting areas feel outdated, cramped, and neglected. Some of the furniture appears to be newer, but it’s not comfortable at all, which makes the wait even less pleasant.
