Not feeling it...called to inquire about services and schedule an appointment for my two cats and was put on hold (and forgotten about) for 25 minutes. I finally hung up and will take my business elsewhere. They clearly need more front desk help. Now that I am reading the reviews it seems that this is a chronic issue. My recommendation to the clinic....get more help answering phones and taking care of people.
I will not take my Beagle baby anywhere else. The staff is kind, caring courteous and knowledgeable. The vet is fabulous she takes her time and sits down on the dogs level gives her recommendations and develops treatment options that are budget friendly if possible without jeopardizing you fur baby’s health.
Ivy was very helpful. We will be back. Have been coming since 2020. :)
Ivy was so attentive and caring. She gave my girl her Bordetella dose on the spot. These people saved me a lot of money and will be coming back for her checkup.
