Mobile vet was the worst experience. Staff was very rude and condescending. Not to mention $800 bill for two dogs. Do yourself a favor and turn down the heartworm test/meds. They charge 3x as much as anyone and don't even tell you the price until you pay and can not turn it down. Never again!

I’m disappointed with our experience at this mobile vet clinic. The staff member assisting us was noticeably rude and did not clearly explain pricing or what we were being charged for, which made an already stressful appointment more frustrating. My friend’s dogs are anxious in unfamiliar environments, and one urinated out of fear. Instead of responding with patience or understanding, the staff member seemed frustrated. We contacted them regarding the specific documentation legally required for international travel with our dog, including the paperwork required for entry into our destination country and re-entry into the United States. I explained the requirements several times, yet the staff repeatedly insisted that those documents were “not necessary,” despite them being official legal requirements. Called on the phone Ivy answered very responsive. Took care of me in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Vanguard ask for Ivy. She’s the nicest I’ve ever dealt with.
