I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Vanguard Truck Center in Phoenix, Arizona. My truck has been there for over three weeks, and the service advisor, Dan, has been incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Initially, I was told the truck would be ready in a couple of days, but the timeline kept getting pushed back. Excellent service. From the desk to the shop. Had to repace a headlight and patch up the hood. Jose, in the shop (Mr. Jose, truly earned) did an excellent job : fast and right! Congrats. There are many, many other shops that could learn from these people!
They don’t know much about there parts was sold the wrong item part and had to return it
