Recommendedwell i think vanguard truck center is asemome truck company ,that takes of there customer,s get the truck fixed ,so drivers can get back on the road an do what they do move freight.
We have had an ongoing problem with our 2009 780 . We have been to 4 different shops and spent over $10,000+ trying to solve our Regen issues only to have them fix it temporarily (putting a bandaid on it) This shop in commerce dove into the problem and kept at it until they came up with the right fix. They were determined. There mechanic Steven and manager Jeff were awesome and really treated us right. ..Our truck.didn't run this good when we first bought it 4 years ago. Thank you Steven and Jeff
Only one tech on the weekends shouldn't even be open then
This is the worst mistake I ever made purchasing a truck from vanguard they offer a great warranty to get a sale and when an issue arises they push it off and say nothing is wrong until the warranty runs out and never fix the issue I will never buy another volvo from any source because of these crooks and I will be contacting cooperate on this matter please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything that has the vanguard name on it warranty or not your on your own they will not do anything for you their just an all around cr... read more
If I was A Owner Operate I Would have to go in Bankruptcy. They still have my tractor it's been over there going on 6 weeks for computer it shoe's
This is the absolute worse customer service business in Atlanta. Will never do business with again. Management is terrible
