Great Mack dealership that has helpful info when call about parts and where to look.
Here you go, clear and strong: Terrible experience. You never find the parts what you’re looking for, and the front desk has zero interest in helping. The service feels cold and unmotivated, like you’re bothering them just by asking a question. You’re better off driving to Waco or Buda, where you can actually find what you need and get treated properly. Definitely not coming back.
I have to say this has been the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a truck. I really appreciate the work Jamal (Arizona )and Nestor (Houston) did to make this an amazing experience. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who’s in the market for a truck
