Ok truck parts store. Orders 2 parts from them and both times it has been the wrong parts
So can I give these guys 10 stars? My truck broke down 30 miles away and I have aVolvo and they showed up as the closest dealer to me cause I was almost in derate. I showed up at the dealership at about 5 PM. I am a good customer @ Vanguard Truck Center. Unfortunately, I drove my truck which is a 2016 volvo 670vnl to get clutch checked on 11/14/24. Was told my clutch was good but needed a transmission. Transmission was installed when I visually checked on my truck on 11/19/24. Didn't hear anything about my truck for until Monday 11/25/24 when I got a call saying I need a ECU. DO NOT TAKE THEM YOUR TRUCk I DID AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED !!!!!!! My transmission went out on my Volvo I paid them 18k to replace it . Told me they didn’t know why it went out in the first place.And they can’t find why it went out . So I pick it up from this shop location and it’s only at 23k miles and the transmission has no oil going to the transmission so it’s about to burn up again and need to be replaced again.
