Ended up never filing my taxes or even responding and reaching out to me. Eric Gomez went MIA for about two weeks until I finally reached out to Saro (the owner of the company) and he was SO rude and basically called me stupid for never receiving an email (which I have proof of a time stamp tht I received a minute after he basically called me stupid).
