This place was much more than I expected. I completed my knee process with Dr Keenan who did not only took good care of me during every session but was making sure I learned the necessary tools to keep on improving my strength and posture on my own. I felt part of Vanguard family, because is not only about you therapist but every staff member there makes you feel the sense of community. They cheer you up, make you smile, encourage your process, I mean, I can not say enough. Professionalism and kindness are in every corner.

I absolutely loved my experience here. Dr. Andre Mergey was the best. Very caring, attentive, and you could truly tell he genuinely cared about his patients and their well being. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming every time I came in, which made the whole experience even better. After treating with them, I feel so much better and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this business if you have a personal injury claim. Most of my 1 visit consisted of me sitting in a room and them having me call their in-house lawyers to see if they could get any more money out of my claim. I didn't actually receive any treatment from this place but was billed $450. The doctor I had a consultation with was pleasant enough but after getting conflicting information from the front desk staff and their lack of professionalism I decided to go elsewhere.
