I always have a great experience coming here! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are a huge part of what makes this place so great. Working with Brendan, Paul, and Andre is always a great experience. They are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I need. Everyone at the front desk is also always so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I have to preface this review by stating that I had zero experience with physical therapy prior to my treatment at Vanguard. I walked in, thinking it’d be a lot of stretching and adjustments. I’m glad I was wrong about that and now recommend everyone that has back pain to see a chiropractor (Vanguard in the Heights, in particular).
