Emily and Kaeleigh, of the Woodland Park office are very competent and personable, after seeing them for our annual check ups for 3 years my husband and I highly recommend them.
Doctor that saw me was very dismissive and did not care about my concerns. It was apparent this was not about providing good service and ensuring the best care and health for the patient but a “hurry up and get out so we can bill VA” appointment. Waste of my time. Sad. Sad. Sad.
I had an appointment at 11:00 three days ago. I was told to arrive at 10:30 for new patient forms, so I did. I wasn’t seen until 11:50( I know the exact times because my husband was patiently waiting in the car for me and I was counting every minute) I was treated quickly and in my car at 12:10. I’m glad they treated me so quickly, but my entire finger feels like it’s on fire. When I called to inquire they offered a wound check apt and said it was normal to have irritation or discoloration.
