I am very sad to write a terrible review for Vanguard. My dermatologists all left the state or folded. I've been to Dr Chung twice, and had 2 excisions from his plastics guy. On 12/08/2023, I had 2 biopsies. One was BCC; the other SCC. They scheduled me for the BCC. I had paid my deductible, so wanted to get the MOHS for the SCC done by end of year. I have visited this clinic 3 times in the past 2 years. The first 2 times visiting, I was treated by Dr. Pierce had terrific experiences. This 3rd visit, I was referred to the RN, Stephanie for my appt. During a consultation follow up appt, I described to her why I was unhappy with the way she provided the prior services and consult. She listened and after several minutes of discussion, replied that she was not going to argue about it. I've now been here three times, such a wonderful team of people who genuinely care about you. The office is so beautifully simple so you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Everyone I have spoken to there is not only personable, their nice, and friendly. I have received treatments twice that are quite painful, but they listen to you, and understand, and do it at your comfort level. Thanks for everything you do!

I loved Dr Prado & her assistant. Explained everything thoroughly & put my mind at ease.
I got the news that I had basal cell carcinoma on my face. Immediately Vanguard Skin Specialists began to alleviate my fears letting me know they were going to take great care of me and get me in asap. Thank you, Rachel, for discovering the spots. And to Dr. Chung, Dr. Prado & Dr. Archibald, you all are the best! From the time you walk in the door, every staff member is kind and helpful.
From the moment I walked into the Canon City office, Taylor was very friendly. Olivia and Landon were amazing!! I will definitely be telling everyone to go to Vanguard!! Thanks guys!!
