I am very sad to write a terrible review for Vanguard. My dermatologists all left the state or folded. I've been to Dr Chung twice, and had 2 excisions from his plastics guy. On 12/08/2023, I had 2 biopsies. One was BCC; the other SCC. They scheduled me for the BCC. I had paid my deductible, so wanted to get the MOHS for the SCC done by end of year. I have visited this clinic 3 times in the past 2 years. The first 2 times visiting, I was treated by Dr. Pierce had terrific experiences. This 3rd visit, I was referred to the RN, Stephanie for my appt. During a consultation follow up appt, I described to her why I was unhappy with the way she provided the prior services and consult. She listened and after several minutes of discussion, replied that she was not going to argue about it.
