The customer service at Vanguard Roofing Charlottesville was awful. They didn’t return my calls or emails when I had concerns about the project. I felt completely ignored.

Vanguard put a new roof on our primary residence about 3 years ago. They did an excellent job. When we had our windows replaced, we needed metal roofing put on the bay window. We called the roofer the handyman recommended, but we also called Vanguard. Vanguard worked with us and saved us $1000. We acquired another house that had smoke and water damage. I had a problem with an area of sheathing. Gary's team promptly inspected the entire roof and provided an immediate estimate on the repair. I gave my approval and in a few hours it was completed. No up-sell! From start to finish the transaction took less than two days. I would use again!
