How Doctors get away with such disrespectful and rude behavior is beside me. My 18 year old daughter visited Vanguard Rheumatology and received a concerning blood work diagnosis. Of course, being 18, she heard and could not explain what the Doctor, Dr. Liliam Ayala, told her. I had several sports-related injuries to my knee, back, and shoulder I visited Vanguard Rheumatology Partners and Dr. LILLIAM E. AYALA GARCIA, MD which turned out to be a time-wasting joke. The good doctor ordered multiple x-rays and MRIs. She provided the easiest and mot meaningless diagnosis: arthritis. It is what doctors say when they do not understand a problem.
