Gianna is great/ really helpful and I love my unit. But, it was definitely not deep cleaned and basic touch ups (like a fresh coat of paint) were not done. So a lot of the walls aren’t in great shape, the windows barely open/close, etc.

I just signed a lease with Vanguard Properties and had a good experience throughout the process. Gianna was helpful, responsive, and made everything super easy. The apartment is clean, affordable, and just what I was looking for — simple but cozy. I appreciated how transparent and professional everyone was from start to finish. I am looking forward to the year ahead!
