We haven’t lived here long but so far we are absolutely in love with our new home! Sheila gave us a tour of a couple units and was super kind and informative! Pet rent is very reasonable and they make sure all dogs are up to date on vaccinations and licensing! We feel very safe and at home here!
Just moved into my second property managed by Vanguard properties and have had no complaints! Both properties were clean upon move in and the leasing agent was very responsive and informative throughout the process. Maintenance comes when called and has always been nice and professional. I would highly recommend renting from Vanguard Properties.
