Elbur Ave Apts. GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I left my apartment in tip top shape. The nickel and dimed me for touch up paint, $50 per room. I cleaned my stove top and oven, $45. The handle on the fridge randomly fell off because the fridge was a million years old. I notified the team before I moved, $40. The smoke detector fell off of the wall, simply fell off during my move, $75. I cleaned the fridge, minus under one drawer, as I could not get the fridge out of the space, $45. DO NOT RENT HERE. This company demonstrates a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct, poor communication, and disregard for tenant concerns. Ownership is openly rude, and office staff mirror that behavior rather than attempting to resolve issues. Multiple unresolved problems required us to threaten legal action simply to receive acknowledgment. I’ve been living in the Elbur avenue apartments for almost 10 years and I usually do not have any issues with the management company until now. I was told I didn’t need to pay for something before I moved out of my apartment and then they charged me anyway and when I tried to reach someone I didn’t get a reponse other than I need to pay for it. Management needs to be better with communicating on top of my current apartment is already falling apart with paint chipping and a hole in the wall that they tried to cover up
honestly dont even know where it start. lived in a building ran by vanguard for 7 years in downtown cleveland they just finally relinquished the mangement rights to it and i can finally write this.... these people do not GAF about you... ive had a leak in my apartment and they dragged their feet and ignored multiple service requests in order for them to rectify it. They are very lazy and uncourteous human beings. rent kept going up and amenities and things wernt getting any better. garage fee was overpriced. key fobs never w... read more
