Our sincere appreciation to Blake and the Vanguard Painting Team for the excellent work they did this summer washing and painting our balcony. We are incredibly pleased with the results. Vanguard Painted our 5000 sq ft office over the Family day long weekend. The Foreman Jorge led the project and staff and was very receptive to our questions and concerns over the weekend and in the few weeks leading up to our project. There were a few touch ups that were needed after the painting was completed and Jorge came in twice to make everything perfect. Don't hesitate to hire Vanguard, their workmanship and customer service are excellent.

I manage a short-term rental company with 57 condos. I have used Vanguard Painting Ltd every year for the last nine years to update our units with a fresh coat of paint. I highly recommend Vanguard Painters. From the folks at the office to the painting crew, I find everyone to be professional, pleasant, accommodating and mindful. Our strata council hired Vanguard Painting to paint the hallways of our building. The project was completed in a very timely manner even though some of it was taking place over the holidays. Mike was very professional in his communication and made sure everything went smoothly. I had very good interactions with Tony and the rest of the team as well. I engaged Vanguard Painting to do painting in conjunction with other renovation work in my home. My house was built in 1938. My family bought it in 1996 and we did structural renovation work in 1998 and upgrades this year. The managers and crew of Vanguard have been very understanding of caring for and refurbishing older housing.
