Mismanagement as a skill.. – It is completely infuriating when you are forced through HOA contract to have to deal with such incompetent people. They are unresponsive to email and rude on the phone. Horrible Company to work with! – After moving into our new home this company was fast to take our homeowners assicoation dues for the next 5 months. They won't just charge you the quarter at closing but the rest of the year!! We were okay with this and closed on the home. We were told about the ammenities that came with our home in Lochaven. Worst Property Management Company ever – I have owned my own home in this complex for more than 12 years. I have encountered very rude people each time I have had any contact with this company. The were unable to accept online payments for years and when I tried to pay them online, they charged me late payment fees because they did not have the accounting ability to accept online payments.
