THE WORST! Rude, Unprofessional and a TOTAL money grab to any HOA in Montgomery or Frederick County Maryland. Will always do the bare minimum to the CAI standards, preys on WEAK Boards. Check you door for door pricing if a current client! If you are with Vanguard you are PAYING too much for too little!
Poor management. Rude on the phone when they answer it. High fees. Condo fees excessive and raised every year. Poor budget management. One contractor is always given most of the general maintenance work. Doesn't seem to be any bidding on general maintenance work. I had to pay a $25.00 fee to get my 3 months EXCESS condo fees returned to me. My high condo fees should be able to cover the cost of a stamp to have a check for my excess fees returned to me. Other high fees have been reported. They should be audited.
