i Built my Vanguard home in 2015/2016, Loved the floor plan and the people i worked with. Now 8 years later i find that you installed a maintenance free deck using untreated lumber for stair strings and support joists. i reached out got a few estimates and all the deck companies said the same thing who does that its like building fancy house and putting it on a plywood foundation.
