Doctors are great but the assistants (Marina in particular) for Dr Sherman is an absolute mess. She screwed up my appointment time, sent me the wrong instructions for my test and took zero accountability.
Terrible experience with the billing department at the doctors office. Sending over unexpected bills.
Starting from the front desk all the staff were professional and friendly. I was seen within five minutes of arriving. Doctor Salik was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly. I have no complaints. I wish all my appointments would go this smooth.
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Weber and Vanguard Gastro. He's been there for me every step of the way over the last 9+ years with my UC. Best GI doctor I've ever had; I wish every doctor was more like him. Caring, compassionate, active listener, and dedicated to finding the right treatment plan for every single patient.
The doctors have been fine although my gastroenterologist left the Vanguard group for another group. Very common. When I called ahead to get my medical records of 3 years, I did not receive a return call. I decided to go to the office on a freezing cold day (20 degrees-brrr) to get my records for my visit with the new doctor in a couple days. Angela, the practice manager refused to give me my records.
