I was recommended by my realtor to use this mortgage service in November 2016, First they approved me for much more money than I requested, then they forced me to pay down credit card debt, then they withdrew the mortgage commitment 2 days before closing, forcing me to withdraw additional funds from my IRA to pay for the home. Mrs. Shakuntala S******** aka Davi was the PERFECT loan officer for me to have had the PRIVILEGE to work with!!! Her patience was phenomenal and her encouragement kept me focused during very frustrating times. Davi would repeat instructions via email and by phone. I received a mortgage loan from Vanguard Funding LLC in December 2016. I worked with Ms. Danica M***** and her team. Being a first time home buyer, I really appreciated Dani's patience and comprehensive way of explaining the mortgage loan process. Dani's team was so proactive. They were on top of everything. From application submission to approval, it took 5-6 weeks. Thanks to Dani and the Team for making my dream a reality!!!!
