Courteous staff and a welcoming esthetic. Best dermatology office in NYC!
Si usted se va atender en esta clínica el servicio al cliente, malo la espera es horrible llegas a las 9am y todavía son las 12pm y estás esperando están buscando como reparar la lentitud que hay y si preguntas las del counter te tratan con actitud el dermatólogo habla con prisa. 👎🏼
First of all, let me stop by saying that Dr. Insoo he’s My skin God! I trust him with my life. I’ve been going to him since my daughter was a toddler. She’s 22 years old now and I recommended him to so many countless peoples in the street that I saw may have needed help with the skin care. He’s amazing. He’s honest and he is the best. His staff is also representation of who he is so I never have a problem with his staff. They’re very welcoming, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
Terrible experience. I had alopecia for the first time in the summer and i visited this office, which i spent the entire day waiting for. It’s first come first serve but it takes at least 6 hours to be seen. The staff is welcoming and very nice but the doctor is terrible. He didn’t even look at my scalp, send for labs, nothing. He suggested i came every single week to get injections on my scalp and it will be the only thing that would help my problem. Of course, weekly visits would only benefit him. Expect to spend at least 3 hours waiting on a first-come first-serve basis, even if you get there around 9am (they open at 8am). The doctor is friendly and they accept many insurances, but only come if you can stomach that wait.
