Terrible experience. I had alopecia for the first time in the summer and i visited this office, which i spent the entire day waiting for. It’s first come first serve but it takes at least 6 hours to be seen. The staff is welcoming and very nice but the doctor is terrible. He didn’t even look at my scalp, send for labs, nothing. He suggested i came every single week to get injections on my scalp and it will be the only thing that would help my problem. Of course, weekly visits would only benefit him. Expect to spend at least 3 hours waiting on a first-come first-serve basis, even if you get there around 9am (they open at 8am). The doctor is friendly and they accept many insurances, but only come if you can stomach that wait.
No complaints here! Helped me with my facial scars and acne that a previous dermatologist did!
Vine a este lugar porque me queda cerca, pero no vuelvo más. Dejé mi tratamiento capilar por la misma razón ( tenía que venir cada semana) y lo dejé porque yo no podía pasarme cada lunes el día entero metida en un lugar porque se toman horas para atender al paciente. Esperas horas en la sala de espera para luego esperar por el doctor porque entran un grupo, más el otro group que se encuentra esperando. Deberían de tener un límite de paciente por día.
